Location is great just short walk to SM mall that you can access your needs.
The place is organize and clean with all accessories required to leave comfortably. You have 24 hours security check of the condo building which is nice.
there are several small cockroaches appearing constantly on different area of the house specially at the kitchen.
The sofa bed condition at the leaving area needs to be repair or replace with the new one.
The TV at the main bed room is not working needs to be replace.
