Mandela Stadium Apartment

Everything!

It was a little challenging finding the property and getting access upon our arrival. After that everything went smoothly. It was difficult paying the City tax with a credit card, no link provided.

Very spacious, clean room, good A/C & wifi!

The check-in process could have been much better. We had stated we will be arriving later in the day and tried to get instructions for check-in with but got no response, and then later a one word response that said “y3s!”. Did not make any sense at all. When we arrived we had to call a couple of times before someone finally picked up and told us how to check in, lock #, room # ect… while sounding annoyed at us for calling at 9pm. all of this could have easily been sent beforehand when we asked that morning how to check in so we would not be left confused for several minutes. On top of this a cleaning person came in the middle of our stay and mistakenly thought we were checking out that day, which was incorrect. Also far from the main area and somewhat inconvenient. It would have been a great stay aside from these communication issues.
