Our stay in the apartment was pleasant, it was comfortable and clean. The owners were kind and always answered questions quickly.

Easy access, flexible with the checkin and it was extremely clean. The host was great communicating and overall flexible with requests. There’s a washer in the property and that was really helpful. Also, you can find a supermarket a block away and the bus stop to the city center is like 5 mins away walking. This was honestly one of our favorite properties to stay in, was the perfect break in Firenze.

The stairs but honestly it is no problem if you aren’t too lazy.

The location was outside of the Florence hotspots, which was a great positive, the accomodation was very spacious and cosy, with good modern ammenities. It was also in walking distance with two major supermarkets which was beneficial for food.

Perfect fit for a family stay in Florence. This apartment comfortably accommodated our group of 3 (sometimes 4) - 2 adults and teens - and is located in the lovely Campo di Marte neighborhood near the friends we were visiting. The hosts were exceptional—living onsite and incredibly responsive to any need, from small kitchen items to extras like laundry clips and towels. The unit itself is well-decorated and inviting, with a beautiful back porch overlooking a quiet garden—ideal for relaxing. A nice bonus was the ability for the kids to log into streaming services and watch English-language movies and laundry onsite. Location-wise, it’s excellent: just steps from a large Essalunga grocery store, right across from a pharmacy, and a short walk to great cafés for morning coffee and cornettos. Public transit is very convenient, with the #6 bus about a 5-minute walk taking you directly into central Florence and the train station. There are also great local restaurants nearby—we especially enjoyed Pallaio for pasta and pizza. (https://www.pallaio.it/ambiente/) Close to the Fiorentina stadium and a nearby playground, this is a fantastic base for families. Overall, a great experience—we’d absolutely stay here again.
