Fits 4 people if 1 sleeps on a sofa bed and 3 in the other room on 1 single and 1 double bed Good price for a last minute booking

The mattresses were not comfortable The bathroom was not 100% clean We had to do the dishes before checkout which was I had never been asked to do before

It was perfect for our trip. Great water pressure in the bathroom; overall clean and comfortable bed.

The bathroom door didn't lock or shut. The shower door was constantly falling off.

Good location and public transit access. Beds for 3 unrelated persons was perfect. Coffee tea amenities, microwave, hair dryer, laundry were good. It could use a bigger clothes drying rack as there is no laundromat nearby for a reasonable cost. No hair conditioner, but not unexpected.

Front door to the building was too easy to push in without using the door code. Bathroom is somewhat run down.

Good location. Not far from most of Edimburgh's attractions. Good restaurant selection around. Functional kitchen. The sofa bed was ok. Sound insulation was good, we did not hear the neighbors.

The place needs some love! Beds were not comfortable. Way too soft. The mattresses were larger than the base which made you fall off if you sat to the sides. Not a huge problem but nonetheless. The door to the bedroom has a stopper that doesn't allow the door to open at even 90 degrees. We had to be careful when going to the bathroom at night in the dark as the door was in the way. The bathroom needs rework. The bathroom floor was spongy, had vinyl slapped over the existing floor and was tearing up in some places. The shower doors were very finicky and had to be handled with care to not pop out of their tracks. The person who took photos of the place deserve a Pulitzer. It is much smaller than it seems.
