1. Booking confirmation process was unnecessarily officious, requiring provision of photo ID to a previously unknown and undisclosed third party (Truvi) and payment in advance to that entity of a damage "waiver" of $50 which was non-refundable (even in the case of no damage) or a $900 security deposit which was said to be refundable in the event of no damage. 2. Parking instructions were incomplete in that better information should be given about how to access the car park entrance, which can only be approached from one direction due to a median strip, and the location of the designated parking space should be better described as they are numbered randomly.
