The property was well situated for our visits purpose. We were able to take our dog with us.
I thought there may have been a few too many rules, and wasn’t aware of the other property that used the same access until I had booked. The downstairs bedrooms and bathroom were very cold.

I was staying longer term for housing needs. I loved the dryer, the pet friendliness, the lovely back yard, the inclusion of a driveway to park in, and the beautiful walk along the foreshore to the Fagan Park Dog Park. The water pressure was good too and the air con units did the job adequately.
It could have had more closet and linen cupboard for longer term stays.

Spacious. Nice back garden.
The worst mattresses and pillows we have ever attempted to sleep on.
Directly in front of a train line that operates all day and well into the late night.
Zero view, it is not beach front at all.
