La proximité du palais des congrès où nous avions une intervention et l'accès à pied facile vers les Champs-Élysées et le Grand Palais pour les expositions artistiques.

Le logement ne dispose pas d'une table pour prendre un repas autrement que debout dans la cuisine ou assis à une table basse dans le salon ; cela améliorerait peut-être encore plus le confort des visiteurs.

I was in Paris for a week for a conference at Le Palais des Congrès and the location was perfect! It was literally a 2 min walk to the Palais des congrès so very convenient! I appreciated being back quickly at the apartment after a long day! Apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. There is a cute little garden/park on the street in front of the apartment. Also well located near the tramway, metro and RER. There were plenty of nice little cafés and restaurants around, as well as supermarkets to get some beverages and snacks. On my one day off, I was also able to easily walk to the Arc de Triomphe, Jardin des Tuileries, Louvre, Esplanade des Invalides. The host was super responsive. Instructions were clear to pick up and drop off the keys. Benjamin made sure that I was happy with my stay.

Nothing I didn’t like! Everything was perfect!
