Apartman je poprilično opremljen sa stvarima potrebnim za normalan boravak.
Nažalost, boravak u ovom apartmanu nije ispunio očekivanja zbog nedostatka ključnih informacija u opisu. Objekt je zapravo preuređeni poslovni prostor s ulazom direktno s ulice. Najveći nedostatak je potpuni izostanak prozora i prirodne svjetlosti, što boravak čini neugodnim. Također, staklena vrata koja dijele krevet od ulice ne pružaju nikakvu zvučnu izolaciju ni osjećaj sigurnosti, noću se čuje svaki prolaznik kao da je u prostoriji. Da su ovi detalji bili navedeni, sigurno ne bih rezervisao ovaj smještaj.
