Walk to Beach 4 BR with Hot Tub and Elevator

Great location (for us) as we visited for a “The Big Chill” style memorial for a dear friend whose widow was three homes away. House provides easy access to ocean (maybe 3 blocks walk to access) is well laid out (bedrooms 1st and 3rd floors withe beautifully laid out living/dining/kitchen layout in between). Balconies everywhere allow views os sunrise/sunset and private break-out sessions while sipping your favorite beverage and enjoying the breeze. We’re all in our late 70’s so we appreciated the elevator. It’s beautifully laid out, comfortable, efficient (and air conditioned)!

Nothing really. The elevator has a learning curve (mostly patience) as the sliding doors seem to be the start/stop trigger (you need to keep it closed until the elevator stops😎)
