For the value (Rs 1k per day) it was a good option and no dramas as seen in other properties in the area from feedback of other travellers.
I had booked a room with a view and was given a room with no view - totally enclosed. When requested for a room with a view I was told the room with view is not available and when I asked can I upgrade to a room with a view - the rate was double of room rate I had booked at. I mentioned that I was comment about it in my feedback adn they were not bothered with it. Very basic breakfast - you are better off eating outside. Did sight a cockroach in the breakfast area and the place was dirty - avoid.

Property is not far from IGI Airport. Staffs were friendly. The restaurant did not have proper sitting arrangements on the day of arrival but was managed the next day during breakfast.
