Breakfast was exceptional. Staff were very helpful, went over and above to help make my stay comfortable. As a single lady traveller to Delhi - I felt very safe and well looked after.

The room was big, facing the pool, we enjoyed the pool, the service was great
We didn’t like the design, there is no lobby, we had dinner at annamaya and it was average
There are not enough pool beds

The Hotel is seems more like sterile Hospital. The entire front reception staff handling check in and check our needs basic hospitality training. They should have their Name tags on there uniform
