Unit had just about everything you need to use in a holiday apartment (just a cheeky reminder that a small TV in the main bedroom and a radio/stereo wouldn't go a stray). We had a great relaxing time, apartment was very clean, spa downstairs is probably the best and warmest I've ever been in, great pool and a very secure complex. Congratulations to Rachel on your management of this apartment. 11 out of 10
Only problem with the resort was the check-out. The baggage trolley isn't available until 8am which meant we had to carry all of our bags and equipment down to the basement carpark in multiple trips via the lift that didn't want to co-operate. This is not a reflection on Rachel. It's a Sebel problem.

Lift did not work all 4 days of our stay
Self check in and check out was not expected. Had to follow long instructions to get key for the room
Was expecting a hotel like venue service rather than Airbnb type service
