Spa Haven 17A KIDS STAY FREE

The unit was clean and tidy and had every amenity you would need for an extended stay. (We only stayed 2 nights). It had a beautiful view of Airlie Beach. It was within walking distance to cafes and restaurants.

We enjoyed the balcony, but it was not covered, so when it rained we were not able to utilise it. Also during any hot periods, we were unable to utilise, as there was no shade.

Loved that the property was on the older side so it was bigger. We prefer properties like that. Liked the view and all the amenities. The bed - omg it is so important to us and it was amazing.

It is outdated and things need to be changed over time but I prefer it, as its price point which was relevant. It makes an amazing property affordably available otherwise we would just not do it. So we are grateful. However the wooden blinds need to be changed to block out curtains as we drove a long way and needed sleep and there is no blocking out the sun - also they intrude on the space. The lounge balcony sliding door needs the rollers replaced as it was hard to go in and out especially during the windy days. Also small cockroaches in the kitchen.

There was a cockroach infestation throughout the kitchen. At night, there was a sickening amount of baby cockroaches on the benches, dishwasher, and cutlery drawers. The sink in the second bedroom did not empty, which was gross when you are brushing your teeth.
