Really nice and big flat, well equiped and comfortable. I can clearly recommend it. The flat manager reacts quite quickly and adequately.

But, the management of the property just spoiled the good impression for me in advance: - to get the keys is just complicated, I felt lost, going around the indicated address (3 km from the flat) asking people what the description of "Keynest" should mean - check-in rather late at 17:00, so you organize your day to spend it elsewhere, but coming on Sunday you have to come before 19:00 otherwise you do not get the keys (unless you want to organize and pay for late arrival) - information app - might have been meant positively, but for me it was the main stressor even before coming to the place - too complex, I did not make it to switch it into English (except the 20 words in the menu) - to find something there again was for me a nightmare - I felt like teenager again - list of duties when departing and list of fines if I do not follow them (not emptying the dish washer 15€, not emptying the dust bin 15€, ...) was setting a relationship as in cheap students dormitory, not of a flat in this class There were some practical things which were not perfect, but manager's response to our messages was adequate and reasonable (- painting reproduction fell from the wall on the sofa before we came - toilet paper just for half a day meant that we did not bother the manager and bought it next morning for the following days of the stay - the parking lot is really narrow - rather a motivation to look for parking outside in the street - the shower mixer tap was cracked and kept breaking apart when used) Great place, but for me the communication approach ruined it already day before I arrived. Comparing the stay with all the other accomodations in France during our journey - spoiled opportunity, in much worse flats I felt much better as I felt trusted and welcome as a person. Good thing is that it can be fixed very easily and can be a great holiday place.

Nous avons mis Super partout et c'est vrai surtout avec la canicule l'appartement pourtant sans climatisation mais parfaitement aménagé restait également trés confortable 33 deg à l extérieur et 24 dans le logement. Merci également à la gestionaire Pour son professionalisme. Nous y reviendrons Cordialement .
