Jack & Jill Inn Pub

Very cozy and really nice staff

It was great

Wonderful shower. Comfy beds. Excellent dinner in the pub. Excellent parking

continental breakfast in the room was a good idea - but nowhere not put anything down. A couple of small folding tables would haven been helpful. Pleasnty of storage for a one night stay - would have been tight for more

The location for this trip was ideal.

Views to the windmills, garden and good food.

Lovely pub garden and good choice of menu. Easy to park. Good location. Comfortable beds. En suite clean and good shower.

Staff said that checking in was 2.30 when it was advertised as 2pm, they did agree eventually we could have room at 2pm. No TV in bedroom. Continental Breakfast in room but as the room was very small it wasn’t very comfortable to prepare and eat. Only one plug socket with a plug board. When we arrived back at the pub at 9.40pm we were told we couldn’t have a drink, the bar was shut, even though there were other people in the bar drinking. We were told that the staff had a busy day the following day. We did have a moan and we were told we could buy a shot for the four of us, which seemed a bit strange as to why we could buy that and not a beer or glass of wine. After we had finished and left for our rooms the other people were still drinking in there. Disappointing really as it spoilt to some extent, our lovely day. And considering it was £144 it was very expensive for what it was.
