    The Bull on the Green offers good accommodation. We stayed for two nights and were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. Situated on the green of a quintessentially sussex village it has good communication with East and West sussex and within 25 mins of M23/ Gatwick etc.The nine rooms are in a separate building to the rear of the pub. Room was clean well provided with cosmetics and tea coffee etc. Small tv but adequate. Breakfast included and we thought it was more than adequate given it’s included in the price. No food service after 8.45 and the drinks were a tad expensive compared to the other village pub. All in all we enjoyed our time at the Bull and will undoubtedly use it again.

    Stayed in the large room upstairs. Lovely large comfortable bed. Nice decor. Very clean throughout including bath room. Pub itself very attractive fireplaces and beams. Great staff and very dog friendly. Continental breakfast included in price which was ample and of a high quality. Easy access to Lewes and surrounding walks. A fiver star stay!
