Lokacija je izvanredna, domaćin vrlo komunikativan i cijelo vrijeme boravka na dispoziciji. imao sam mogućnost korištenja bazena cijeli dan. uz bazen je vrlo lijepa sjenica sa ljetnom kuhinjom i plinskim roštiljem. Objekt ima lift za lakšu komunikaciju što sam do sada vidio jedino u hotelima. Pogled izvanredan. Sa balkona se vidi Opatija kao na dlanu kao i pogled na more. Nevjerojatno. Smatram da je navedeni smještaj bolji od većine u Opatiji. Manja gužva, više privatnosti, veliki parking koji je natkriven. Punjač za električno vozilo... Jednom rječju do sada još neviđeno!!!! Svaka čast i vidimo se ponovo prvom prilikom!!!! Vladimir Majer
Iskreno nije ništa moglo bolje jer ovo je vrhunski smještaj i svaki euro se isplatio... Pohvala za uređenje interijera, svaka spavaća soba ima svoju vlastitu kupaonicu. sve je vrhunski uređeno i vidi se da domaćin nije štedio sa opremom.

Villa je nova. Pogled je fenomenalan. Prostor je ogroman, čak je veći uživo nego na slikama. Uglavnom ugodan, miran objekt sa svime što vam treba za dobar odmor. Vlasnica jako srdačna.
