Dog-friendly oceanfront condo with beach access fireplace large deck-EV charger

The location is everything. Amazing views and convenient location off Beach Loop Rd near pedestrian access to the beach. Views of Face Rock are stunning.

The furniture looks like it was rescued from the side of the road with a FREE sign or, at best, Goodwill. The sofa is uncomfortable. The recliner was sticky and falling apart, One of the blankets actually had holes in it. The dishes should be thrown out and replaced. Why can’t they provide two wine glasses? Charge more and upgrade the interior. It’s embarrassing. For the view on offer, the interior should feel more intentional. At the very least, it should feel Ikea’d. I’d pay a bit more to feel as if someone put some care into furnishing the place. Reach out if you need help; I volunteer my services, Avari!

Excellent location. Beautiful view. Next to pathway to beach

Broken plastic chair on deck. Kitchen poorly equipped. Rusty/ dirty skillet s. Everything needed to be updated. Old furniture and mattress Unsure about use of fireplace. No instructions

Location,location, location . Car charger. View. Beach access.

Toaster didn’t work. Table lamp in the bedroom flickers. Everything was adequate, but could benefit from some simple upgrades.

Location is directly on the beach front I could see that some updates had been made to the condo, Love they accept pets!

Needs a bit more refreshing of interior paint and cleaning could be a bit better. Could use more updating and definitely needs better deck chairs
