Brilliant location for Rye town. Easy private parking. Virtually everything we needed in the house, good facilities.
Stairs are very steep which could be a problem for people with impaired mobility. No tea towels provided. Some road and train noise, but made up for by the handy location.

Location was excellent. Literally a five minute walk to the centre of Rye. We travelled by car but the train station is a 2 minutes walk away with a supermarket opposite. Lovely historical place to stay too.
Neither were a problem for us but there was a pub close by that was quite noisy on the Saturday night. There was also a very steep staircase inside the property that could cause problems for people with mobility issues.
