I did not get the room i payed for and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and not interested in fixing their mistake. instead she said i had to pay for a complete seperate room on my own

Everything was pretty much very nice. The only thing that the cleaning lady never cleaned the restrooms. In the seven days. We were there. She only swamped our towels.

The room was very clean & staff were friendly. The location of the hotel was very convenient to everything. The only complaint I have is the AC in the room. It was too loud. The heater smelled really bad when it’s on.

I was in and out of hotels during my month long stay in California. On my way back to my new home state of Oregon, I decided to book with this hotel and I am so glad that I did. This is by far the best hotel that I stayed at during my whole time in California. I will definitely be visiting this on my way back down in the next six months 🔥❤️

Clean room, love how the tv was a smart tv I was able to connect with Netflix. Breakfast was good. Staff was polite. Plenty of parking, well lit parking lot, convent off the highway.

There was a homeless man out in the outer patio area that scared my children. The staff had him removed by the Police. But, we definitely were not planning to ever sit outside after that.

Not only was this the cleanest hotel I've enjoyed in years, the staff service was above and beyond. The breakfast was as expected and the coffee did not disappoint. We felt safe and secure the entire stay.
