This is a compact apartment one floor up in a quiet courtyard block - perfect for a few days in Paris. We stayed with our daughter and it was an ample size for the three of us. The apartment is very clean and furnished tastefully and the kitchenette is very well equipped. The two double bedrooms are a good enough size and the beds are comfortable with spare pillows if needed. No clothes storage. The bedrooms have windows overlooking Rue St Dennis so you can enjoy the bustling street life, however I slept well and was not disturbed at night. There is a great patisserie/cafe opposite for breakfast and lunch. Rue St Dennis is lined with every type of restaurant and bar so you are spoilt for choice. It is very convenient for the Metro and it is a manageable walk to The Louvre and the banks of the Seine. The hosts were friendly in communication.

Initially some of the details on website page were misleading but everything worked out really well in the end. The instructions which arrived on the day of our booking to access the property were very clear. The property is very secure and this is managed well by the hosts. We were unable to leave our baggage at the property but used a luggage storage place near the Gare de Nord -again worked very well.

Localização é ótima . So acrescentaria ar condicionado nos quartos .

Ansprechende Einrichtung, gute Lage. Saubere Unterkunft.

Sehr kompliziert im Buchungsablauf, mit Zahlung, Kaution und Pass Angaben. Keine Emailadresse vorhanden, diverse Ansprechpersonen in einem WhatsAppchat. Die Betten sind sehr klein mit 120cm Breite und pro Person gab es 1 Handtuch. Für 4 Erwachsene Personen ist das Appartement zu klein.
