Property is in a great location and is just 5 minutes walk to the beach. There are supermarkets just a few mins walk either side of the property also for essentials. The villa is large and each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a cleaner who comes daily and does a good job of the place.

There were a couple of problems when we first arrived, but the maintenance guy was fairly quick to resolve them. (No hot water and a broken toilet). The villa and outdoor area is very enclosed. Great if you want privacy, but it means it’s quite claustrophobic and there is only around 1-2 hours of sunlight over the pool during the day. The upstairs balcony is also enclosed. With just a little bit of maintenance the villa would be amazing but it’s showing its age a bit in places.

Communication with Villa management is good, the villa is set back from main roads enough so that the busy Seminyak traffic cannot be heard ensuring your stay is peaceful. Inside the villa is very spacious, the photos do not reflect how spacious it really is, WIFI is strong and fast, overall good value for money.

low water pressure showers and stairs can be tiring. the downstairs urinal is very smelly and can smell out the whole living area if toilet door is left open.
