About this villa rental
In the very best LOCATION of Seminyak town, very close to many attraction but nestle away from traffics : handy and peaceful. Again.. very short walk to Seminyak beach, to eat street, trendy shops, famous restaurants and bars, and the icon bintang supermarket.
It is a unique building design " an old traditional Balinese architecture ", constructed mainly using local old coconut wood which show unique black fiber strips, woven bamboo ceiling, and the roof using the famous borneo ironwood.
It is a two stories building. up stair is wood structure and wooden floor and below is using old colonial tile design. All bed rooms is up stair; one bath room up stair and one down stair.
The villa is rather appreciated by people who look for cozy and elegant living but not for the luxurious palace taste..
The villa has private out door pool, kitchen and utensils, air condition in every bed rooms, cable tv, wifi internet, linens-towels- soap -shampoo are all provided including cleaning every day by our villa staffs.
Please NOTE, this is a NEW build will be ready starting 15 october 2018, photo shown are our latest condition..

Love the location perfect place just what i was after. Can be a mirror noisy at night because of the local club but just use the ear plugs. This will be my go to home for Bali from now on. Thanks Ben and all the guys đź‘Ť

I’ve now stayed in both of Ben’s villa’s and they are both terrific. Great location within walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants as well as the beach. Made & Kadek do a great job managing all the needs of the property and are the nicest people. Can’t wait to come back!

We were given the warmest of welcomes when we arrived at this charming little villa and we loved staying here. Situated a one-minute walk from one of Seminyak's busiest streets and five minutes from the beach, it's right in the middle of everything, yet it's peaceful and secluded. It's clean, comfortable, and has everything you need to self-cater. Many thanks to owner Ben, caretakers Made and Ketut, and our driver Ketut. Thank you for looking after us so well, and especially to Ketut for coming to our rescue so quickly the night we got locked out. : )

I had an amazing stain, the place is brand new, and very gorgeous.
I fall ill ( recovered one day in hospital for Bali Belly) in the while the Owner Ben and his Staff help me to go through the sickness and they got me food and drink in the needs.
