Cleanliness was superb, natural light, decor

One of the light circuits malfunctioned, so we were unable to switch the light off without taking the power card out, if we took the power card out we had no power for air con or fridge or to charge our items. We had to sleep with the very bright lights on. We were also charged for a dirty towel.

So glad I stumbled across this guest house! It’s such a hidden gem 💎 The accomodation is stunning, new, very clean and it’s in a little area that’s pretty quiet (there was construction going on at the time and they gave me plenty of warning but I wasn’t affected by the noise). I stayed in the standard double room for an incredible price. The bed was comfy, the room was so clean and little details like the thick, plush towels didn’t go unnoticed. Friendly and helpful staff, a nice pool, beautiful decor. Will be back again ☺️

Extremely modern & clean, comfortable stay. Great to have laundry on site. The staff are exceptional and went above and beyond to help me with a lost item, calling venues to try and retrieve CCTV footage and speaking to grab drivers. Thank you!

My room on the ground floor didn’t have as much natural light as others, but the staff made me aware before I arrived and gave me an option to change room if I wanted.

The property is brand new and absolutely exceeded my expectations. The location is a bit farther from Mengiat Beach but only 30 mins walk or 15 mins by bike or car. The property is located on a high ground thus this hotel offers you a great rooftop view, perfect for sunrise catcher. I upgraded my room from standard to VIP room, which was splendid!! The room is so spacious and you can see the sunrise and a little bit of the ocean from the room. The room offers your great amenities, and the facilities are amazing, you have 24/7 laundry facility, public kitchen, rooftop, infinity pool, jacuzzi. The hotel is located in an exclusive residential area, clean and quiet.
