Great house in quiet location. Comfortable beds, very clean. Super convenient with Family mart right around the corner and 5min walk to Nakai subway station. Two toilets is bonus with so many people. Ideal spot to explore Tokyo for family of 6 people (max).
No space at all for luggage. The bedroom on the middle level would have been better used as a living area so there is somewhere to keep luggage. The drying rack on the balcony just has a pole on it and no lines to hang/peg clothes. There were several coat hangers provided which was great, but nowhere really to hang them.

The location was very convenient. Two different train lines close by. Convenience stores a stone throw away. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.
There wasn't anything to fault. If I had to pick something, the lack of an iron.
