It was a very nice house. It was close to town. It was comfortable.
In the master bedroom, the ceiling fan will not work if the light is not on. Also the lock on the front door was almost impossible to open. The biggest problem was the view. It said you have a water view but it is so grown up with trees and under brush. It would be the perfect place if it was cleaned up. The steps down to the water were pretty rotten and you had to be careful not to slip and fall.
