The Woodland View Lake House sits on quiet Lake Aztec in the friendly community of Cherokee Village, AR. Featuring 3BR & 2B, the recently updated lakefront house is a peaceful, country retreat, complete with all of the conveniences of home. Sit back and enjoy the sunset over the lake from the large, screened deck. Enjoy the water from right off the private dock while having the options of swimming, fishing, paddling, and other beautiful lakes all just minutes away along with two great golf courses nearby and options to go paddling on the Spring River! This property is pet friendly with a $30 pet fee per trip with no size limitations or restrictions on the number of pets.

Full access to the main floor, screened-in deck, backyard with patio, along with direct access to Lake Aztec from the private dock with ladder. You will have the entire place to yourself and will not share it with anyone outside of your group.
Other things to note
Self-check-in with personalized entry code; coffee machine with coffee/creamer/sugar; washer & dryer; hair dryers; lake towels; and extra toiletries (in case you forgot yours); and some pet supplies provided: food & water bowls, bed, poop bags, two medium crates, pet-towels, and baby gates that can be used as pet gates.

Everything was comfortable and the view was beautiful! Very peaceful with several nice touches to make the stay with a pet stress free. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a dog!

Nice place with very comfy bed. We had 3 bedrooms but ended up only being the 2 of us so never saw the other part of spacious place. My only complaint is coffee maker didn't work, which was a bummer since we looked forward to mornings sitting out on beautiful, peaceful porch looking at the lake. Instead had to drive a ways for coffee. Otherwise, we enjoyed it so much that we asked to extend stay an extra day and she was quick at communicating throughout.

The home on Lake Aztec was very comfortable and extremely clean. We enjoyed the seclusion and peace. We travel to that part of Arkansas at least 6 times per year. Hopefully, this rental can become our “go to” place for future stays!
