To enjoy the breathtaking highlights of this holiday flat, you have to be willing and able to overcome two disadvantages: Car noise during the day and a very arduous access. There are 49 uneven steps and several steep sections to reach the beautiful apartment, which is located estimated 40 metres above the road. This is a challenge, especially on hot days and when carrying luggage. Walking up without luggage, you can take a breather twice on the way. We escaped the street noise by going on excursions or spending time on the beach. Following a tip, we drove about 1 km to a beach restaurant on Barbati Beach, where we actually always got a parking space and could rent sun loungers. There are also changing huts and a shower. The apartment is airy. We managed well without air conditioning. You have a breathtaking view over the city bay. We really enjoyed our time.

Surprised by steep access to villa, and no air conditioning. However, fans did a great job cooling things off, and views were incredible! Would stay there again! Not for the elderly though due to difficult access. (We are 70 and 75). Would have appreciated knowing about parking only being available on the road in front.

The property was clean...hot water every day....clean towels and sheets provided throughout our stay...short stroll to restaurants and beach.. ideal.
