הדירה גדולה ומרווחת, נקייה מאוד ומכילה כל מה שצריך. קיבלנו כלי רחצה, שמפו, מרכך, אספקת מגבות. המטבח מצוייד בכל המכשור כולל קפה, טבליות, חלב, עוגיות... מרפסת נעימה, חניה נגישה וקרובה. בקיצור יופי של דירה.
חשוב לדעת כי הדירה לא קרובה כל כך למרכז, אך קרובה לאייס מול . למרות המרחק, נהננו בשעות הערב המאוחרות לחזור ברגל 15- 20 דקות הליכה, ביום בחום הכבד רצוי להתנייד עם רכב או מונית.

דירה מרווחת, חדשה מאובזרת היטב, לא היה חסר דבר. המארחים חשבו על הכל עד הפריטים הקטנים והמפנקים כמו מברשת שניים חד פעמית ומשחת שניים באריזה בכל חדר רחצה, בשמים. בקבוק מים וחלב במקרר, עוגיות במטבח וכו׳ שירות מהיר ויעיל- היו תקלות קטנות במהלך השהות שלנו- טופלו מייד
