First day, very hassle on our part, it was never clear that we can only check in after 3pm. We got there at 8am, straight from the airport, after trying to contact the hotel manager, they responded after 30mins.
After we got to our hotel room, the bed frame is broken, few insects appeared out of nowhere (walls, floors, bathroom cabinet), the sink is clogged, and in our 7nights stay, there was no housekeeping.
There was no one in the management staying in the hotel, on our 4th night, the fire alarm went off for almost 1-2hours in the middle of the night (started at 2am)… we are wide awake, scared of what was happening, and nobody was there to assist or update the residents what to do or where to go.
