A cottage nestled in the greenery of Salina, between Santa Marina Salina and Lingua, featuring a panoramic patio perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets.
Simple yet cozy interiors in the Aeolian style, perfect for those seeking tranquility and authenticity. Ideal for couples or families, just a few minutes from the island’s beaches and hiking trails.
If you’re dreaming of a vacation in an unspoiled setting, where the beauty of the landscape blends with the tranquility of a home surrounded by greenery.
The house is laid out on a single level, with an outdoor patio and a private garden of 500 square meters.
You enter the house through a gate leading to the patio, where you’ll find an outdoor table to enjoy the breathtaking view and the ever-present Aeolian-style bisuolo.
The house features two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed, a dresser, and nightstands; and a smaller bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, along with a built-in closet.
The living room features two built-in sofas that can be converted into single beds if needed, a glass table, and a built-in niche used as a coat rack.
The bathroom includes a toilet, bidet, shower, and sink.
The practical and functional kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove and a refrigerator/freezer.
The house does not have direct access by car or motorcycle, nor does it have parking.
Parking in the area below the house is private; reservations must be confirmed, and the daily cost is €15, payable on site.
Salina is an island, and water is a precious resource.
Water is delivered to the island by tanker ships and reaches our taps through a pipeline system, but it is not potable.
We ask for our guests’ cooperation to avoid waste.
