Residence Salina

Posizione perfetta a Malfa a pochi passi a piedi dal centro che permette di avere tutti i servizi a portata (supermercato, ristoranti, noleggio, fermata dell’autobus per raggiungere altri punti dell’isola se non si dispone di un mezzo). La struttura è molto bella ed ha un bellissimo giardino tenuto con molta cura! I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e accoglienti, torneremo sicuramente!

Struttura posizionata proprio accanto al paesino di malfa con ristoranti e boutiques, tutto raggiungibile a piedi, con parcheggio disponibile, piante e vista mare, vicina ad un supermercato ed alla caletta Scario anch'essa raggiungibile a piedi. Quindi ottima per chi non volesse prendere la macchina ed andare al mare. Le camere sono molto spaziose, dotate di bagno con tutti i comfort, e cabina armadio. Presente anche aria condizionata, indispensabile visto il periodo e cucina attrezzata. Insomma non manca nulla per rendere la permanenza perfetta! Ottima la pulizia e personale accogliente e professionale! Consiglio a tutti, e torneremo sicuramente!

Our stay at Residence Salina was wonderful and made our time on Salina even more special. The location is simply perfect: just a short walk from the charming village of Malfa, with its lovely atmosphere and excellent restaurants, and very close to the beautiful beach of Scario. It is the perfect combination of convenience, tranquillity and authentic island life. What really made our stay unforgettable, was the incredible hospitality of Riccardo, Marysa and their entourage. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. Their warmth, kindness and personal attention made the residence feel much more than just a place to stay. Residence Salina is a beautiful place to slow down, enjoy the island and simply take in the magic of Salina. We absolutely loved our stay and would return without hesitation. A very special place on a very special island. Highly recommended!

Awesome views, easy access, great location within Malfa, AC for hot summer days, and the host is friendly and helpful. Was able to stay here without needing a car, it's very walkable to Malfa town and the nearby bus stop. Love having the food coop 3 min walk away for any needed essentials. Would definitely stay again!

Overall great stay but room for improvement on updating shower fixtures/cleanliness, not getting any extra towels or linens unless you stay for more than seven days, and mitigating ants in the room (not an easy task I'm sure in an island tropical environment). These are not super problematic but would help increase comfort and value if addressed.
