About this house rental
Our newest short term rental has arrived! We are 5 star hosts (ok 4.9 with over 300 reviews on the "other" platform as new to VRBO for our 6 Augusta short term rentals! ) so you will be in good hands! Great location in downtown area. Your cozy getaway here awaits in North Augusta at this fabulous townhome. Upstairs features two good size bedrooms, one with a large King bed and other a nice comfy queen bed. Both bedrooms have their own 55" smart tv as well. The fully remodeled bathrooms includes convenient touches like a endless hot water, hair dryer, and soft towels making your stay comfortable. On the main level is an open concept, bright interior that features a comfortable living area with BIG 65" new smart TV. Kitchen has all the upgraded stainless steel appliances as a Keurig and pot coffee maker, and a countertop toaster. Outside this townhome is a small trail that leads across a creek, and then a short stroll to the fabulous Greeneway Trail, a paved 7 mile old RR track that attracts bikers, joggers, dog walkers, and of course, people out for a stroll. These trails can lead even down to the riverfront, all this within a mile of our place. Also close, is downtown North Augusta with several good restaurants. If desired you can walk to these as well, places like Antonio's Italian Eatery, Cavaliers Coffee and Wine house, Your Pie Pizza plus several others. This wonderful townhome offers a peaceful retreat where guests can unwind after a day of exploring. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
