Hand scraped hardwoods throughout the entire home except the wet areas! Plan features a large great room with high ceiling 75 inch T.V and surround system it opens to the formal dining room. Covered back porch great for relaxing or entertaining, patio furniture and 55 inch T.V Kitchen features gas stove, island, bar top, tons of granite counters, pantry, stainless appliances. Dining room for 8 people.

We stayed at this property for a group trip for the Masters. This was absolutely perfect for our group. Even felt luxurious at times. Open spaces in the the home, with a nice patios out back complete with a TV for the folks who weren’t at the course that day.
I short 10 minute drive from the course and the happenings of Augusta made for a great location. Will definitely seek this place out again for next year.
The hosts were wonderful and made check in and out extremely easy. Thank you!

Overall we had a great stay at this property. The location was great and close to the course (15 min) in a very safe and quiet neighborhood.
A few suggestions: Prior to the trip we didn’t have clear check in instructions but the property manager was responsive when we reached out about details. We also did not have Wi-Fi access until we proactively reached out to obtain it. We didn’t have checkout instructions and had to ask for that too. Just minor administrative opportunity for improvement.
The property could have used a few more amenities like towels- we had limited bath towels that were dingy, limited soap, limited garbage cans in the bedrooms/bathrooms, no extra blankets or hangers/dresser space to unpack or hang clothes.

Nice quiet neighborhood conveniently located near I-20. Easy access to Augusta National and downtown North Augusta. House has a good layout with a large gathering area. Very accommodating for our dog with a fenced backyard and sidewalks throughout the subdivision. Noted some deferred maintenance, but everything was functional.
