Private Upstairs Unit: High Tide occupies the upper level of a duplex, with its own private staircase. Low Tide is a separate vacation rental on the lower level. The units are designed with sound insulation for added comfort.
Shared Outdoor Amenities: The fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor dining area are shared with guests staying in Low Tide.
Parking: Two dedicated parking spaces are included.
Dogs Welcome: Dogs are welcome with a one-time fee of $50 per dog. Please include your dogs in your reservation.
Exterior Security Cameras: Ring cameras monitor the exterior entrance and parking area. There are no cameras inside the home.
