Entirely dedicated to your exclusive use, you will appreciate the bastide for its calm and authentic atmosphere, a short distance from the charming village of Cotignac, its shops and restaurants.

The impressive swimming pool, in the heart of a patio, will provide you with many moments of relaxation.

The house offers 3 double bedrooms (one of which has air conditioning) and 2 individual rooms including the dovecote - 3 bathrooms with shower (one of which is near the pool) - a charming traditional kitchen - dining room, small TV lounge and vast living room - a veranda directly overlooking the patio where the pool is located.

You will find all the necessary comfort at the Bastide Lou Coudon: garden furniture, terrace dining area, barbecue, sunbeds, loungers, ping pong table, pétanque balls, etc... Everything is designed to offer you unforgettable holidays at Lou Coudon!



End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory, an intermediate cleaning can be considered upon request.

Household linen is optional: €15/person (2 towels, sheets and kitchen cloths) swimming towel (€5)
