The “Kleine Seensucht” is the perfect dream apartment for two, right on the beach in “MoMare” Bay. Located on the upper level of a detached wooden beach house with a separate entrance, this is the perfect retreat from the stress and noise of everyday life.
This idyllic apartment is fully equipped with solid oak floorboards, making it suitable for people with allergies. A lush, green herb roof prevents the apartment from overheating during the hottest hours of the day.
In the well-equipped, bright kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for a well-run household, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven. There’s even a SodaStreamer for making your own sparkling water, so you don’t have to lug around plastic bottles—and the environment will thank you, too.
The naturally lit bathroom features a walk-in shower.
The cozy living room is furnished in a modern style with great attention to detail. A pellet fireplace ensures romantic evenings—not just during the cold season. The wide, soft window seats invite you to relax—whether reading or letting your gaze wander out the window to watch nature’s play of colors from sunrise to sunset.
Amid the green roof, you’ll find a loggia with a magnificent view of Lake Hainer. Enjoy some quality time together here with a glass of wine and listen to the lapping of the waves.
The “Kleine Seensucht” is habitable year-round. From September through May, the sauna—complete with a relaxation room, a view of the beach, and direct beach access—invites you to unwind.
The cottages are equipped with everything your heart desires, but there’s no TV—instead, you’ll find excellent Wi-Fi, books, games, a picturesque beach setting, and much more.
