Just 20 minutes from the heart of Leipzig, the LAGOVIDA vacation resort offers a natural idyll in the heart of the Leipzig Neuseenland. Take a break from everyday life with us. True to the LAGOVIDA motto—“Life by the Lake”—you can enjoy this from almost every accommodation.
At the heart of LAGOVIDA, the harbor provides a charming backdrop and is a popular mooring spot and destination for excursions. At the Casa Marina—the heart of LAGOVIDA—a wide variety of dining options, as well as lodging and conference facilities, are available to you daily.
The 14 comfortable Harbor Houses and 23 Dune Houses Comfort—each featuring an open-concept living/dining area, a lakeside terrace, and a sauna—are distinguished by their unique architectural charm.
The 6 “Kapitänskajüte” vacation apartments and the 24 “Seglerhütte” vacation and family apartments, “Ankerplatz,” “Piratennest,” and “Leuchtturm,” are spacious and modern in design.
The RV park offers 45 sites and a modern restroom facility. Each site is equipped with electricity, water, and sewer connections.
Lake Störmthaler is an artificial lake located south of Leipzig. It was created by flooding the southeastern part of the former Espenhain lignite open-pit mine.
The Comfort Dune Houses are characterized by their direct access to the water. Situated along the wind-protected shoreline, the 23 vacation homes form the tranquil oases of LAGOVIDA. Just a few steps separate the furnished sun terrace from the gentle lapping of the waves on Lake Störmthal.
The Dünenhäuser Comfort are available in both a small version for 2 people (57 square meters) and a large version (Dünenhaus Familia) for 4 people (71 sqm); an extra bed on the respective sofa bed is available for a 3rd or 5th person (for a fee).
The interior features an open-concept living/dining area with a built-in kitchen and a bathroom with natural light, a shower, toilet, and sauna (infrared cabin or dry sauna). The cozy living room fireplace, the warming underfloor heating, and the cooling fan on hot summer days round out the amenities of the Dünenhaus Comfort.
All units are at ground level, built to be barrier-free, and feature their own parking space. A flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels, as well as a travel crib upon request, ensure your stay is a worry-free vacation.
The All-Inclusive Comfort Package also includes a selection of magazines and a free round of mini-golf. In addition, once per stay, you’ll receive 1 bottle of sparkling wine, 1 bottle of water, 1 small bottle of juice, cappuccino mix, a selection of teas, and a sweet or savory snack—all free of charge.
