Nestled just 25 metres from a 3-hectare private lake, the Maison du Meunier welcomes you to the Moulin de Lapeyre in the heart of the Périgord Vert, in Saint-Estèphe.
Tranquility by the water, hiking, canoe trips or no-kill fishing... everything is there for a rejuvenating stay.
🛋️ COMFORT IN THE MIDDLE OF NATURE:
Spacious and warm, this beautiful 120 m² building is spread over 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.
2 pets are welcome.
La Maison du Meunier offers:
• 3 double bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed), with the possibility of adding a 70 cm single bed on request,
• 3 bathrooms with 3 toilets,
• a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included)
• a large living room with TV,
• a laundry room with washing machine,
• WIFI to stay connected while enjoying nature.
• full bed linen (on arrival the beds are made), towels and household linen, as well as essential cleaning products.
🌳 THE TERRACE:
• Spacious, fully fenced for your tranquility, it is equipped with plancha, deckchairs, awning, parasol and dining area.
In the shade of a magnificent cherry tree, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the wooded park of the Mill.
🌊 ACTIVITIES AROUND THE LAKE:
• From April to October, a canoe awaits you at the pontoon to fully enjoy the lake.
• Around it, the estate extends over 25 hectares of unspoilt nature, perfect for hiking and cycling, with great opportunities to observe the local fauna and enjoy the forests of the Dordogne.
• You can also take advantage of our lake to fish all year round in no-kill, in compliance with our rules. Our 2 pontoons recently built on the lake are designed to offer fishermen privileged access.
• Only 2 minutes from the cottage, you can swim in July and August at the Grand Étang de Saint-Estèphe, the largest body of water in the Dordogne.
• Horse riding: 5 minutes away, Les Ecuries du Clos Neuf will welcome you by appointment for an unforgettable equestrian moment!
