Absolutely no locals!!! We do not host locals. a Local is anyone that lives 1 hour or less from the property.
We provide the basics upon check in. If you run out, it`ll be your responsibility to restock for your own use. This includes toilet tissue, dish soap, etc.
You are responsible for washing your linens for long term stays. If they get ruined, we’re going to have to replace them and charge you a fee. We wash them upon checkout
YOU MAY NOT USE OUR MAIL SYSTEM. ANY MAIL DELIVERED WE CANNOT PROTECT & WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO IT
Any broken rules will result in a report to Airbnb and automatic cancellation, by you, of your reservation.
