I stayed at the place for easter weekend, it was a great location and lots of room to hang with familyPros:- great location, it was quiet and lots of great restaurants and cafes to walk to- lots of sitting space to interact with family- pool and hot tub- backyard gazebo, table, and grill- 2 bathrooms and showers- hosts were very supportive and responsive and very accommodating when I asked if I could add 1 more person to stay overnights for the stay as well as when I asked if I could have family visit during the dayCons:- the 2nd bathroom is in the laundry room and you have to enter this to go to the backyard (odd but glad it was available)- the tv in the bedroom didnt work/couldnt connect to inet but this wasnt a problem for me due to the large living space so we could interact elsewhere- the hot tub water got low so the heater didnt work but the host was super responsive and helped us reset it and got it back workingOverall: the place worked well for my stay, the hosts were great, and i really enjoyed this location

Close to riverwalk and golf courses, large yard with a nice pool. Good getaway for the weekend.
