The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion - Guests are responsible for obtaining vehicle passes directly from Ocean Lakes at $15 per day per vehicle. If you submit payment for parking to Ocean Lakes at least 10 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a $3 per day discount (reducing the parking pass fee to $12 per day) - To ensure a smooth and secure stay for everyone, please be aware that we require all guests fill out a vistor form after booking
