Good experience. Cute condo.
Had everything we needed. Good location. Easy to get to and easy beach access. Walkable to pier.
Only downside - all steps to 3rd floor, tight parking spaces, no ocean view

We enjoyed the location of the condo. Close to the beach and the areas we like to visit.

The proximity to the beach was great, as was the size of the accommodations. We liked that we had our own laundry, as well. There was ample parking. We loved the kitchen. Issues included the fans not working, and issues with the televisions. Directions for use (TVs) were supposed to be in the condo, but never were. The remote control to one of the fans was missing, so we could not turn that one on. The Evolve team was attentive to our needs with most of the issues. While the condo was clean, the furniture was NOT. The white sofa and chair were both very dirty, stained, and worn, which made it difficult to get comfortable. When we stripped the bed in the master bedroom on check-out day, as the directions asked, we noticed large stains. Honestly, we were grossed out. I don't think we'll be staying here in the future.
