The Lincoln Arms Pub & Rooms

The room was adequate - very hot but there was a big fan provided! Location was great - just a short walk into Dorking town centre. Breakfast was really good and the inclusive price was excellent.

Single room was small and the bed was a bit rudimentary. The shower was OK but a bit pathetic!

Great options for Breakfast. I was working local great location.

There wasn't anything that i didn't like great value for money.

The check In & evening staff were very friendly & helpful. If you are catching a train, the location would be great. If you want a drink whilst watching sport, whilst waiting for a train, it's ideal.

My room at the front of the property, had single glazed windows. The noise from the dual carriageway was very load. I didn't get to sleep until 1am when the 'boy racers' stopped racing up the dual carriageway and finally went home to bed. I was then woken at 6:30am by the start of the daily commute. The illuminated pub sign light shone above the black out curtains giving the impression the room ceiling light was on so never in darkness. The free "Continental" Breakfast, had no cheeses, meats, fruit or choice of pastries which is a typical Continental breakfast! It was cereal and bread for toasting with coffee from a flask. You can opt for a cooked breakfast at an additional cost.
