They cancelled my reservation morning of indication temporary closure/renovations/other. This was after I'd messaged asking if I could arrive early and sit in the lounge as my iphone had broken and I could not access my accounts etc(except the card I prepaid with) so needed to hop on my laptop. They did not reply biut cancelled. Agoda did not help rebook for the night like their email said and I'm now stuck outside all night as I can't access sufficient funds to book what's left last minute. Had always otherwise had a great experience with them. Wish they had advised me sooner is all. Gues they're shut down so double check before you book.

The staff are great, the facilities are okay and there is a nice garden.

The lodge is a converted retirement home so the rooms have bathrooms with showers. The main communal areas are large. Plenty of access to stoves and washer/dryer. Very accommodating staff. There is a large beautiful garden outside.
Is located extremely close to the tube station and equally close to the high street. Lots of take out options, Tesco & a Sainsburys if you’d prefer to cook.
Only issue is that keys have to be picked up from management physically, which means late night/early morning bookings are difficult as you can’t be sure when booking that you’ll be able to get in. That being said, I have messaged them late night/early morning and they’ve been responsive.
