The building is noisy it doesn’t matter which room you’re in, you can hear your neighbours or anyone walking along the creeky floorboards throughout the night from all directions, banging of doors and the water pipes, it’s more of a hostel with some ensuite rooms, I stayed in an ensuite room away from the street but I still had very disturbed sleep due to the house itself not being at all insulated with paper thin walls.

The most comfy bed I’ve ever slept in, shared bathroom facilities were spotless and the location has great transport links
My only critic is that all of the locks seem quite feeble on the doors in the bathroom and in the room I was staying, so I didn’t feel quite secure

good location & value for money, however I found weird red brown stuff smeared on the wall next to my bed. Also the building is very old with zero soundproofing. The echoes down the hallway were SO LOUD and my heater whistled all night. I think some more rugs and wall art would help absorb the noise.
