Rzadko kiedy rezerwuje nocleg w miejscu gdzie nie ma jeszcze żadnych opinii ale ten okazał się strzałem w 10. Wszystko nowe,czyste,pachnące. Właściciel pomyślał dosłownie o wszystkim. To była przyjemność spędzić tam kilka dni. Rekomendacja 200%

Apartamentai puikūs. Naujai ir skoningai įrengti. Viskas iki smulkmenų apgalvota. Indai ,įrankiai. Viskas kaip namuose. Net ir paplūdimio rankšluosčiai. Taip pat ypatinga švara, labai tyli vieta, vos keli žingsniai nuo centro. Šeimininkės rūpestis betarpiškas, rūpinosi visos viešnagės metu ar nieko netrūksta. Ačiū labai už šia viešnagę.

If I could give 100 stars, i would give that for this place. The home itself was one of the best i’ve stayed in so far. It had a really clean but yet stylish cozy atmosphere, it was super clean. There was a wonderful view to the nearby church which you could hear the gongs of if you had the windows open in the living room (not loud but perfect for the vibes). The hosts were the kindest, they checked with us if everything was okay, they also sent every information to before our stay. My brother left a few of his stuff by mistake at the residence and they were realllllllly understanding and helped us right away to get our stuff back. They told me they worked really hard on the house and it really shows. Like i said i would love to give more stars if i could because it was a comfortable and wonderful stay for us.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well located for exploring Palau. Once we had managed to access it, it provided a pleasant base for our stay, although we did experience issues with the Wi-Fi and the shower.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was overshadowed by the arrival process and, more importantly, by the way issues and concerns were handled. The written arrival instructions omitted several practical details that would have made check-in significantly easier, including the correct location of the first lockbox, how to activate the illuminated keypad on the second lockbox, and which apartment door to use once inside. A simple Google Maps pin would probably have avoided much of the confusion we experienced trying to find the property. Even local people were unable to direct us to the building from the address alone. The listing advertises free parking but does not explain that, depending on availability, guests may need to park some distance from the property and transport luggage across a railway crossing, which in practice involved stepping down onto rough rocks used as makeshift steps, back up again, and then carrying luggage up three flights of stairs. Despite knowing that I was travelling with my 74-year-old mother, no practical alternative was proactively suggested until I raised concerns, at which point I was allowed to park immediately outside the property. I also explained that we were two women carrying heavy suitcases up three flights of stairs, but received no expression of concern or offer of assistance. What disappointed me most, however, was not that problems arose but the complete lack of support when they did. There was no follow-up after I reported the Wi-Fi or shower issues, no enquiry as to whether our difficulties had been resolved, and no acknowledgement of the stress caused by our arrival. After I raised these matters privately in the hope they would be acknowledged and used to improve the experience for future guests, my concerns were dismissed and I was informed that the €100 refund would only be provided if I agreed not to leave a Booking.com review. I declined that condition.
