About this apartment rental
The three-room apartment is recently built and fully furnished with brand-new furniture. It is part of the Residence “Il Gabbiano” and is located 300 meters from Sciumara Beach, 350 meters from Porto Faro Beach, and 450 meters from the center and harbor of Palau, where it is possible to rent dinghies, go on excursions with various tourist boats, and take the only ferry to the wonderful Maddalena Archipelago.
The apartment is divided as follows:
• One double bedroom (bed 160 x 200) + TV with a large bathroom complete with shower
• One bedroom with a French bed (140 x 200) + TV
• One bathroom with shower
• A storage room equipped with a washing machine
• Living room with kitchen + induction cooktop + double sofa bed (160 x 200) + TV + dining table for 6 people
• Terrace equipped with a table for 6 people
• Underground garage with parking space
• Shared swimming pool (open from June 1st to September 15th)
• Air conditioning (bedrooms and living room)
• Wi-Fi
A tourist tax of €3 per person per night will be required for all guests over 14 years old, payable in cash on site. Guests will also be asked to provide an identity document.
A damage deposit of €200 will be required upon arrival.
Cleaning fees do not include the cooktop, which must be left clean and tidy.

The apartment is fabulous, everything you need for 4 people, pool is great and the gardens are beautiful kept.The underground car parking was a bonus and was secure. It’s in a great location 10 minute walk to the beach or into town. Lots of fab places to eat . There is a slight hill to walk up from the town or beach but an easy walk . Highly recommended this place oh and the beds were extra comfy , check in and out we’re great fabulous thank you

Wonderful stay in the heart of Palau!
Perfectly located within walking distance of the town center, the harbor, and stunning beaches.
Lorenzo is a great host — very welcoming and the communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommended!

The apartment had everything we needed. Lorenzo and Vittoria were very responsive to outreach. We loved being able to quickly walk into town as well as walk to the beach!
