The apartment was clean and the location is very good in Palau.

The apartment itself was nice, clean, and well-maintained. However, several important issues significantly affected our stay. The air conditioning in the living room did not work properly, and one of the bedrooms had no air conditioning at all. In addition, the internet was completely unavailable throughout our entire stay. What was most disappointing was the lack of support from the staff. During our two-night stay, we were unable to reach anyone by phone to obtain basic information, such as the location of the router or assistance with the air conditioning issues. Overall, the level of service provided was far below expectations, especially considering the price paid for the accommodation.
