Apartment La Vigna Top by Interhome

Fully equipped including a kettle for us Brits! Was a very quiet location, (late Sept) albeit a nursery is next door. The balcony is great, it's big and has sun shades you can extend. Great view of the quayside. The location is a very short walk for the restaurants, bakers and market. Spacious lounge, two double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Would be great for two couples or children. Lots of info in the apartment. Parking for a small car (Punto) Beds were pretty comfy by Sardinian standards. You access the apartment from the side of the block then up stairs to the top floor out back. It was really hard to leave this place and I could have stayed a lot longer.

Sardinia has an obsession with recycling but we disposed of the rubbish at the quayside so not really an issue. The communication with Interhome is not very good. It took a long time to respond to messages via Booking.com and then I got a whatsapp from the local office and I replied as requested but never got a response. Pretty poor comms, I think it would hard to sort an issue if one arose, luckily it didn't. Paying daily for the air con (which we didn't do and the remote was left anyway) but never needed it and paying for sheets/towels. It needs to be stated clearly in the listing that all these things are extra. Check in says a very short 4pm-6pm and I expected to meet somebody to hand over paperwork but there was a keybox and I was sent the code beforehand. Why the short check in times then?? It was expensive for 2 people but would make more sense for 2 couples to share.

The apartment was clean and the location is very good in Palau.

The apartment itself was nice, clean, and well-maintained. However, several important issues significantly affected our stay. The air conditioning in the living room did not work properly, and one of the bedrooms had no air conditioning at all. In addition, the internet was completely unavailable throughout our entire stay. What was most disappointing was the lack of support from the staff. During our two-night stay, we were unable to reach anyone by phone to obtain basic information, such as the location of the router or assistance with the air conditioning issues. Overall, the level of service provided was far below expectations, especially considering the price paid for the accommodation.
