Sunny Home Loutraki is a modern studio with views of the bay and mountains with private parking

Φοβερή οργάνωση στο σπίτι. Υπήρχαν οπλές τις πιθανές μικροσυσκευές και προσφέρει τις ανέσεις που διαθέτετε και στο σπίτι σας ( μπορεί και παραπάνω) δεν έλειπε τίποτα. Περιποιημένο,πεντακάθαρο ,φωτεινό και ευρύχωρο,καλύτερο κ από τις φωτογραφίες!! Το μέρος ήταν πολύ ήσυχο με υπέροχη θέα και άνετο parking.

The first thing I noticed upon entering was the smell of everything new. It's so modern and fresh! There are so many little things that add up. An newfangled temperature controlled kitchen faucet, a Roomba to keep the floors clean, a fabulous large futuristic shower, big light filled rooms, a full sized refrigerator freezer, a king sized bed with crisp sheets. The air conditioners worked well, even with hot days. The neighborhood is very quiet at night, we slept very well. Private covered parking kept the car cool. Technically it's a studio, but it's so spacious! It's well organized and has high caliber wifi. The hosts are very helpful. There's a list of cool historical places to visit, with a map that comes with the reservation. The two restaurants we chose off the recommended list were top notch and very affordable! A+ all around! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we came through the area.

We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and is equipped with every modern convenience. You can truly feel how much thought, care, and love went into every detail. The smart home features made everything incredibly comfortable. The apartment is spacious, stylish, exceptionally clean, with beautiful views of the bay, the mountains, and even the sea. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Private parking was another great bonus. Maksim and Irina were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind hosts. They made us feel at home from the very beginning, and before we left they even gave us fresh tomatoes and cucumbers from their own garden, which was such a thoughtful gesture. This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful place. Cały obiekt rewelacyjny. Nowe mieszkanie, wszystko unowocześnione, ładne, duża kuchnia, wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty łącznie z deską do prasowania, wygodne łóżko, zadaszona wiata na zaparkowany samochód. Wszystko super! Polecam z całego serducha!
